Like for example, I am working in an EPC ( Engineering Procurement & Construction) company. Here the need/demand of skill required is very specific (like the candidate should know softwares, Piping Technology etc.) which is not in the syllabus of engineering. And teh demand is so high that the experience candidates asks compensation which is beyind imagination. Hence teh organisations like us have to recruit freshers and train them but again after training, their is a fear of losing them.

Note (3) Skilled persons can be retained in a company, if there are clubs etc.
