I'm a bartender. (Actually, I own the bar and in my office right now, I bartend when I'm not doing paper work) I close up the bar at 2AM, clean up and lock up anywhere between 3 and 4AM. Go out for a drink in an after hour club. Usually get home around 5AM, take the dog for a walk, spend some quality time with my girlfriend. Drop her off at University and check into bed around 9AM.
I usually can't sleep when I get home though. You'll often find me here in the morning. I get my real sleep in the early afternoon before my girlfriend gets home.
