Stay away from diet pills. Try low carbs diet instead. Cut back on bread, rice and substitute them for vegetables and meat. Be consistent and be patient. You will notice the different in a couple months.

Diet pills are not a good way. Frankly I do not like any of the diet stuff out there.
Three simply steps - eat, drink and exercise!
Eat well balanced meals, 5-6 smaller meals is better than 3 bigger meals if you have the time. Eat ONLY when you are hungry, and STOP when you are satisfied. If you are not sure if you are satisfied, stop eating (you probably are, but you just want more food - if you get hungry, you can always have another small snack). Although you only want to eat when you are hungry, DONT skip meals - this makes your body think you are in a food shortage and it slows down - it doesnt know you are using every bit of will power to stop yourself from opening the cupboard. Also, breakfast is a MUST! People who eat breakfast are proven to have better luck losing and maintaining weight, not to mention they feel better throughout the day.
Drink - No, not alochol - water! People often mistake being hungry for the simple fact that their body is lacking water. I drink 3 nalgenes (about 3 liters) a day, and I notice I am almost never hungry other than at meal times. (Remember, increase water slowly. Dont go from no water to 3 liters right away.)
Exercise - to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. Go to the gym, take a long (moderate level) walk, swimming, biking, even cleaning the house.

Hands down.....Weight Watchers. Weight loss is a life time commitment and learning proper nutrition in the only way to manage the battle. You can join on line for a nominal fee or attend meetings. You know diet pills are not the answer so why ask it. You have nothing if you loose your health, learn the right way to eat and stick with it. It's not expensive. Fruit, veggies and wheat breads and pastas with lean meats and fish. Easy!! If I can do it anyone can.

diet and excercise are key, but i actually noticed a more immediate difference just by cutting sugar. Especially soda! I lost 10 pounds one month from not drinking soda! Diet poills are a no-go, unless you wanna be all jittery-jive like you drank 6 shots of espresso.
BTW, unless u are under a doctors supervision, it is not "safe" to lose more than 2 pounds a week

diet pills = bad idea
Eat right and exercise...that's the way to healthy weight loss. Cut out junk foods and stuff with empty calories...go for lean meat, complex carbs, fruits, veggies, and drink lots of water...exercise 5 days a week.
No magic bullet, no fancy tricks...just a lifestyle change that'll benefit you for years to come.☺
