Because I cheked the laws or whatever they are and it says that i have to be at least 18, but I'm 16 and I realy want to buy an Ipod nano, what do I do. can you guis help me?

Ask help from your parents or family member........ the best way to get it is tell them what you like to have for your birthday or when you achieve something and they are willing to award you, so that you don't even need to think about buying from eBay and you even save $$.

Just don't. eBay is right for some things, but not expensive devices. Save your money, but it at a store where you can return it if something is wrong.
