It would just be a drop in the ocean, pretty pointless really as I would spend most of my time filling up my ignore list.
It would be good to be able to filter out certain categories though.

As you type a question, there is a 'similar questions asked' pop-up.
Most of the illiterate twinky types choose to ignore it, for reasons known only unto themselves.
