I only have one lecture starting at 2, it 1.15 now. I dont know whether I should bother going. Its only the second lecture and its not really that important I also have to drive across town.
I could stay home and catch up on other work I need to do or should I go to class?

Go to class. Once you start making excuses and skipping class for whatever silly reason, it becomes a bad habit, and your reasons get sillier and sillier. You never know, there might be some important stuff covered in today's lecture. Just go- you won't regret it.
