I want to find a more stable career with great earning potential and flexible schedule. I am in my thirties and have my BS in business, but feel like I'm starting all over again! Any advice?

Make a list of all the skills being a realtor requires, in general terms. Then see what you can apply those skills to.

For example, showing people houses that fit their needs can be described as "assessing the client's needs and offering unique solutions."

Doing all your own taxes and keeping track of ernest money, etc. can be described as "detailed financial record keeping."

Managing your own time, working for yourself can be "highly developed time management skills, works well with little supervision," etc.

Get into salaried sales. Or join an organization as an inside sales or customer service manager, not a telemarketing firm but a manufacturer or distributor.
