When I'm mad I listen to Linkin Park and it almost always makes me feel better. They can be good to run to, but when I run I basically listen to anything with a good beat.

The fed up with the world sort of mad = anything by KoRn.
The pissed off at parents sort of mad = "For You", by Staind.
Not to mention Nine Inch Nails, anything by them can really get that angry adrenaline running.
