Aww, I remember going through this. Don't worry so much about it...Remember, she's a woman too :)
But, I think what I did when I got my first bra, was while my mom and I were shopping, I walked over into the lingerie/bra section casually and kind of looked around. She got the point :)
Good luck, sweetie!

Just be honest & tell your mom you need to start using a bra before you get embarresed. Camisoles only work for so long. They are okay to wear over bras but not alone, especially when you actually have boobs.

well my mom started noticing and made me wear one. but i would just say hey mom i need a bra. or if u dont wanna do that u could not wear a camisole and mayb she'll say u seriously need a bra. i think camisoles work 4 a while tho. if they have built in bra. thats wat i still do.

Tell her that your becoming a young woman and that you feel the camis don't do the job. Explain to her that your clothes don't fit right and that you think its time for a bra. Be sure though not to just run out and buy one. Make your mom take you to a store specifically for bras so you get fitted right and that way it fits.

Well, it should be as easy as just saying it. If you no longer feel comfy only waring a camisoles let her know. Tell her you are aware of your body changing and the camisoles aren't enough for you to feel comfortable anymore....seems your mom would understand, she went thought it herself....

just tell her the truth, it's kinda embarrasing but just be honest. maybe a sports bra could be a good transition for you, maybe drop hints by asking to wear something different underneath instead of camisoles. Good Luck!!

Just be honest and up front. Even though it is really embarassing she will understand the situation. I had the same difficulty with my mom, and finally I just spit it out. I felt humilated for a minute, but my mom didn't make a big deal about it. She just said okay, and asked me if I wanted her to take me for a fitting or would I feel more comfortable with an older cousin. Good luck, and don't worry. Worst case scenario, you mom starts to cry because you are becoming a woman...;-)

i remember i mentioned this topic to my mom at a late time, and i regret that. do it soon. just go to the mall, and maybe subtly say you think you might make good use of a bra. you could still wear camis, but over bras. thats what i did for a while. hope it works out!
