None. A complet over-haul of our government such as changing it to parliamentary will only make everything worse. I hate to think that the only right and political contribution we got which is the right to vote for a president will be taken away from us, I CAN'T STAND THAT. That's why I don't want the charter change that they're pushing, it's all to their benefit. Some changes are ok though, like parts and bits of our constituion, but not changing it to another type like what some people are invoking, nasty master plan!

There are no advantages. There is a number of Parliamentary systems that just barely stumble along.

The most important is to change the politicians or change what is in their hearts.
