It's normal. It stings because the wound has just begun to heal; by spinning the earring, you break up the connective tissue, and soon a scar will form, forming a permanent hole.
You may want to take them out once a day, and swab the area on your ears with Hydrogen Peroxide. It may foam and sting a bit, which is normal. It's an antiseptic, and will also help dry up the wound.

I also recently got my ears pierced, My ears also sting when i spin them. But you have to spin them or else your ear will close up. Also i noticed that the antibacterial liquid that they give you to clean your ears does not work well at all. You should use hydrogen peroxide. it does not hurt and it cleans your ear the right way.

Yes it is normal. Happened to me and my ears are fine!!! Your ears are just beginning to heal. Just use the disinfectant they gave you and use it three times a day for about 6 or 7 weeks. My ears healed faster than normal though. I have thin earlobes. The stinging will be gone soon.

It is normal. Your ears aren't used to having earrings in them yet. Mine did that too for a little while after I got my ears pierced. It will get better soon though. Just keep cleaning them and turning them!! :)

its normal.
i have gotten my ears pierced a lot and they tell you to twist them so the skin doesnt grow over them on the sides. it should sting because it's getting skin out of the way. dont worry about it. it wont hurt in about a month or less.

It's normal. I think it's trying to keep the skin from growing onto the earring stud. (I know it sounds gross, but think of what would happen if you didn't do it!) Just chew on a piece of gum while you're twisting them.
