when you push start on computer there is a space that says run then you type where to go well mine just?

dissapered i can't find it anywhere.how can i get it back and how?

Right-click the start menu, select Properties, select the Start Menu and click to Customize. In the list near the bottom is a check box for the Run Command. Check the box and click ok.

Wow, this is a new one for me. Try to boot up in Safemode and use the restore point if one is set.
