Nintendo wifi usb connector?

I am trying 2 install a new Nintendo usb wifi connector. I keep getting a message that says: "Internet sharing connection error (5) then application error. How do I fix this?

Go to the Nintendo wi-fi website, call the 1-800 number and tell them your problem, they will walk you through it. This happend to my son. Do you have high speed? it only works for high speed internet.
