Don't we all (well, many) wish we could get larger breasts w/o surgery.
Sorry sugar...you're already wired to have the size you will have...gaining and losing weight can affect their size, as can pregnancy, but basically unless you pad your bra or get implants, you've got what you see in the mirror when you step out of the shower.
But don't worry...at 12 your whole body still has some growing to do so it's quite likely you haven't yet reached max breast size...have patience.

Well beauty lies in the heart and not outer to it. But i am able to understand your problem. At the same time you are too young to be aware of these things. A carefull breast examination will take care of it. Don't worry the age is still to come............

I will suggest you to have a boy Friend.
If he touches you, it will start growing.
Boobs have the tendency to grow if male touches them.
