How long does it take to raise click beetle larvae to adults?

It all depends on the species and where the species is from. Some species will remain at the larval stage for a short 4 months whereas others may remain 4-6 years ! On top of that you have to take into account that they have to pupate which is also variable. A species developing in a warm climate may emerge after 3-4 weeks but one in a northern climate will usually overwinter as a pupa. In essence it can take a while.
