You will have to speak slowly and clearly to a person who is hearing impaired so you could try practising imagining that the person you are speaking to has a hearing loss. At some point in life you will meet a person who may be hard of hearing. Maybe attending a lipreading class in your area might help you to slow down with your speech and improve it?
