Here is the easiest way:
1. Open the video you want on YouTube.
2. Copy the URL of the video.
3. Go to http://www.vixy.net and paste the URL into the box.
4. Select MP4 for iPod from the list.
5. Click Start, and it will convert it.
6. Once it finishes converting, you will be able to download it.
7. Transfer it to your iPod.

Method 1: Get a computer expert to help u abstract the video from the site.
Method 2 (if method 1 fails): Shoot the video with your own video cam and upload it into your ipod.

It's not impossible but you will have to pay 50 dollars though, but it's well worth it in my opinion. what u first need to do is record while it's playing. they have software for that : wmrecorder.com (50.00) and then u'll be able to put the video on ur ipod, u save it and then u import it into itunes. the website gived u a free trial! have fun! also try NCH software, google that ok! oh yeah and convert it to ipod format...above answer by CHRIS

youtube is in flv- flash video - search for a FLV to 3gp converter and it should convert the youtube video into a format that can be viewed on the ipod

EASIEST WAY:
1) go to videornk.com
2) search for video that you want to download
3) let the video load
4) click download to flv file
5) save the file
6) download SUPER from download.com
7) convert flv to video ipod format
8) drag into iTunes and enjoy!

Go to Firefox and get their plugin for downloading vids. Then download SUPER to change this to IPOD format.
