Yes it is.There exists a dimple therapy in which u have to get some skin removed from inside of mouth.

Yes, I think it is true. On Biggest Loser, this guy had really cute dimples when he was younger and skinnier He lost like 70ish lbs. on the show, and his dimples came back! I swear.

No.... actually sometimes the chubbier a face the better they show. I have had quite a few friends who had dimples lol most of them were bigger.

I think it will look scary on thinner cheeks but it doesnt matter you should be happy with what you have.
