Possibly. It would stop a lot of the drug violence, and if their were guides on how to use some of these drugs maybe it would stop some of the abuse and drug overdoses. Look at how they have tried to stop the spread of AIDS by supplying clean needles and its working. I don't know exactly how that would work, and I'm not saying I agree, but its interesting.

if they legalized drugs it would put drug dealers out of business
and they are big supporters of the war on drugs

By all means, I agree with you on that all marijuana should be legal,
