Can media replace the limping judiciary with investigative journalism?

No. The judiciary system is the third leg of our government according to the CONSTITUTION. That means executive (President), legislative(Congress), and judicial(Supreme Court).

It would take a constitutional amendment to change that. It will never happen.

who is going to hold the media to blame for their "investigations". Media has already demostrated they have not any ethical usual or accountablity. they're after a 30 2d sound bite to for their objective audience. So the respond isn't any.
