No faster way, just sex every other day. Good luck

Try BBT, CM, chart them on mymonthlycycles.com or fertilityfriend.com

first of all i think you meant prego...which i hate that term. sounds like your trying to get a brand of spaghetti sauce or something...not trying to conceive. next...there is no way to get pregnant faster. just having sex at the right time and relaxing. the more you think about it the harder it usually is to conceive. my husband and i are ttc and have tried before for a few months then stopped. the first time we tried after i went off the pill my cycle was all over the place and we were getting stressed. i went back on the pill for about 2 months then stopped to try again but this time we decided if ididnt get pregnant right away it wasnt a big deal as im still in school. since we arent really trying i have been completely regular and hopefully when the time is right everything will go as planned.

Most of these things can be purchased online. There are links to products on the website www.twoweekwait.com Good luck!!

When your body is ready you'll get pregnant. Don't worry about it, anyone that i've ever know who stresses about not getting pregnant takes longer it seems. The one's who don't worry have no problems. It'll happen when it happens and try just enjoying the trying part..when the baby comes you don't get to do it very much.

You can order it on line from Lowes, Home Depot, or Menards.
Oh, you meant prego!
Chart your ovulation time, you can buy a ovulation thermometer or an ovulation prediction kit. Or you can just try harder and more frequently. :)
