Another quick suggestion is www.khaleejtimes.com . It's the leading English daily in Dubai.
Check out the major hotels in Dubai. Most have gym facilities that cater to guests and offer memberships. Check the the Burj al Arab for starters. They'll offer you a good expat package that will include accommodations, an okay salary, and an annual round trip ticket back home.
