You owe them money. They have your money. You expect them to send it to you so that you'll keep it and not pay them what you owe them?

I assume the debt is to them, right?

For the reason that you owe them money or someone has gotten a judgement against you.

becaus you're a deadbeat and if you owe then you have no right to all the funds. It's called being responsible for what you create. Now, go hold up a 7-11.
