This is my first pregnancy and I am only 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant so I know its early, but I thought I felt the baby move. It sort of felt like a gas bubble, or some one thumping me very lightly below my belly button.

I felt my baby move at 13 weeks and 5 days exactly! I remember because it was the day of my ultrasound.
I am now 15 weeks and 4 days and didn't feel him again until 2 days ago.

THATS THE BABY!!!! I felt the same tapping. Kinda like "hello? mommy? can you feel this? ... how about this one? *tap tap THUMP*"

you are lucky. most first time mothers dont feel the little bundle until about 16 - 20 weeks. people say it feels like butterflies and such but i always tell new moms "it feels like a fart getting ready to move... if you break wind... it was gas... if not.. BABY IS DOING THE RUMBA!"

Soon you will feel her/him doing the bladder boxing boogie! and then laying right under your rib cage! on there are many games you will be playing in the next few weeks!

could be the baby, with my first pregnancy when she first moved it felt like a gas bubble but just the light movement woke me up out of a dead sleep so i knew thats what it had to be.

Could of been movement from the baby, thin women feel the baby sooner then women who have a few extra pounds. Its a great feeling to feel the baby though, wait till you feel the first kick. Congrats
