NO WAY, there is already way to many drugs that are legal and probably shouldn't be.

Yes it should.It is a much more benign drug than alcohol,it has proven medicinal qualities and is the largest cash crop in the world.
From a revenue standpoint alone,by making marijuana legal,the United States Government would bring in at least 2 billion dollars a year in taxes.
There would be a vast reduction in drug related violence as the Government would hold licensing control.
The prisons would lose approximately 30% of their inmate population,thus ending overcrowding and saving the taxpayers of this country 10-20 billion dollars a year in local,state and federal taxes.
The war on drugs has cost this country approximately 500 billion dollars.What are its results?More drugs,more violence,more prisoners.
We need other solutions.Legalization would be a first step towards a more sane policy.

I don't know..I have seen and used both kinds and its not as bad as alcohol but then look what booze has done to a lot of people should it be legal? I think not! Legal or not folks are gonna get high on something all the government is concerned about it how to regulate it so they get their tax money.

I think they should replace regular cigarettes with tobacco with marijuana. There would be far less deaths in America.
