spirits do you belive give me an honest but not scary opinion?
last night i had a happy dream but then it all turned out wrong all; the sudden in my dream i felt like there was someone or something waching. Then i woke up realized it was a dream when i felt someone touch me! what is it? i cant sleep, i couldnt sleep after that, any advice PLZ!? URGENT!?

I don't know what to believe, but I once had a dream like yours. I was dreaming that I was asleep in my room (which I was) and that my father who passed away several years ago was standing at the end of the bed looking at me. It was so freaky I had to get out of the house immediate, I was soo scared. It was like it was really happening not just in my dream, because everything was the same I was even sleeping the wrong way up the bed and he was standing at the end where my head was. When I woke up I was just overcome with fear.
I dont want to believe in anything being out there though, but thats just what happened to me.

dont be scared did someone die recently? because if your dreaming about them they could be around you trying to comfort you spirits arent bad they alot of times want to make you feel better and more secure

no i dont belive , and sleep can bring on some strange things, but not spirits .... when were fully a sleep its called REM it makes us dream, may i suggest your write every thing you dream about and read it when you feel up to it, my dreaming is normally about things i thought about that day ,

yeah but for the most part they just want to confort or warn you not harm
