i get stressed a lot. mostly from just having everything happening at once and school work. so do you have any ideas taht wll make me feel better? and faster ones would help. i don't think i would have much time but tell me everything. =)

sing really loud in the car to an oldie or have a chocolate treat ,, or ice cream or talk it out to someone who doesnt care if you solve the problems just listens ,, or i masturbate like a stressed out chimp

Learn meditation. You can do it for 30 seconds, five minutes or as long as you like, and it really calms stress fast. Start by just listening to whatever sounds are around you.

When I need to release stress I listen to some Patsy Cline etc. music. Then I cry and sob my heart out. It is a wonderful way to to get rid of stress!

Going somewhere alone to take a few deep breaths.
When you breath deeply place your hand near your navel (the core of your being) and as you enhale feel this area expand. Mentally see yourself grounded in truth, open yourself to self-love and healing.
Relax and breath

sleep or drink water, shut my eyes, and keep all thoughts away... reach another level of consciousness, meditate, do it for 15 minutes.... Requires mental discipline, no thoughts at all !!!
I can do it ... no t all the time though
