'job load is down here'??? What does that mean?
.
The first part of the sentence should be "I am going to Texas at the end of next year..."

It is not correct grammar to say "I am going to go".
Alternatively you could say "I am intending to go..." or "I am planning to go..." or "I am hoping to go..."
.
