If you have a pet, a hilarious demonstration is always how to give that pet a bath.
Other topics might include how to mix up cookie dough (then find someone to bake them for you).
Or how to decorate a binder. Get a clear covered binder, make up a page of pictures from school. Slide the page into the clear binder cover and you have a great binder cover.
You could also do something sports related, like how to shoot a jump shot, throw a curve ball, or swing a tennis racquet.
If you're into music or dance, do a demonstration on how to do a piroutte, or play a scale on the piano, or strum a guitar.
Think about what you like to do, then figure out how to tell someone else how to do it.
Have fun and good luck!

How potassium reacts to water. Have the kid toss about a cell phone sized chunk of potassium into a swimming pool....that'll wow 'em. Oh by the way after the throw....run away from the pool and take cover!
