60 degrees often feels warm when you're being active outside, say walking, mowing, raking, etc. or even in contrast to the colder weather of winter. Do you have a thermometer inside? Many people consider the "ideal" inside temperature to be about 70-72 degrees. If you're used to it being closer to 70 inside, say after having the heat on all winter, and now if it's only 60 inside, that's going to feel cold compared to what you're used to. It'll feel especially cold if you're holding still - watching TV, sitting at your computer, etc. You can turn the heat back on... be more active (use this time to do some spring cleaning)... or use blankets till it warms up a bit more.
