hi, creeper.
no dmv will give you the license plate number, especially not for a celebrity.
if you're really desperate, there are a bunch of "independent investigating services" online that claim to be able to search a VIN number or license plate.
but don't expect to be attending any games at the joe your natural life time as the red wings don't take too kindly to the stalking type.

Since when can you go to the DMV and by having a license plate look up someone's personal information? Where do you live...
They certainly won't do it for you. Think about it.. Why would someone use that aside from illegal purposes?

Go to your Local DMV and request the information. There is a fee, but they will give it to you if you have the License plate number...and that is wrong fyi!
