I trust the one-a-day products and they have a variety of vitamins to cater to your need from age to weight support to women's and men's. But any multi-vitamin or woman's vitamin is good.

I take once a day daily womens formula vitamins. (not the ones for 50 yrs or older, lol only 18) but they help to provide the proper amounts of calcium and iron

I prefer GNC'c ultamega vitamins for active women. They have everything you need, correct amt. of vitamin C, the right amount of Calcium and also Vit. D. It is necessary to have Vit. D for calcium to be absorbed. (Milk cartons always say something about Vit.D.) It also has folic acid, necessary for fetal health. You have to take them morning and night but I really do feel better when i take them, esp. when i am overworked, stressed, and things like that.

My doctor told me that everything you need is in a Flintstone vitamin. She also told me for more energy to take a B complex vitamin. I have felt better ever since!!!!! p.s the B complex with make your pee neon yellow LOL

Well, my bottle says that it is the March of Dimes multivitamin, and it has a family health line, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to check it out? 1-800-451-2229, good luck on finding a great vitamin for your health,and happiness :)

I take the one a day womens along with biotin, which promotes cell growth. I take that mainly so my hair will stay long, thick and healthy.
