PC Games in more than one computer?

When you buy a pc game like Battlefield 2142 or Halo: Combat Evolved, can you install it and be able to play in more than one comp?

Sure just dont lose your code some you have to have the disk in to play i should have said most you do i have about 30 i carry with me and play on diffrent pcs
