So, my boyfriend and I agree that I don't want him going in me. So, we grind with clothes on. Also, I examine his penis and it was just warm but it didn't seem like there was any liquid that leaked. Later that night, I thought I rubbed my self down there. It's been about 7 days, 1 week, since my 3-day period and all the tests I took was negative and I'ver been having a lot of cramps, head aches, breasts tenderness. Still, I'm paranoid and seek a lot of answers to knock my senses. Please help!

You are not pregnant. especially if the test you took say you are not.
If you are concerned about being pregnant you should check out your local planned parenthood center. www.plannedparenthood.org. you may be dry humping now... but it may esculate to sex.
i do not condone teen age sex but if you are going to do it, you need to know how to protect yourself. most services for planned parenthood are free for teens and children under 17 including condoms and other birth control

Your chances of pregnancy are very low. Although I do not recommend "grinding" because you never know. But it doesn't sound like you are pregnant. If the test was negative that means your body isn't producing the hormones of pregnancy, therefore you aren't pregnant. If you are concerned about your cycle or why you are experiencing cramps, then see a doctor. You could also see about getting some birth control pills or condoms for next time.
