Yes they do, the perfume reacts with each persons individual body your sweat, oils and even your diet and if you get enough water make a difference in how the scents will smell on you.

Yes, there will always be a slight difference, it's due to the fact that everyone has their own "scent" and once the fragrance settles on the skin it mixes with your own smell. Many times I fell in love with a scent that I smelled on someone, but after I bought it and used it myself, I hated it.
