The best ways to get stains out are with pre-treating stain removers like Stain Stick and OxyClean. My favorite to use is Tide to Go, which can be used on all parts of the shirt and the Bleach Pen (Clorox) on the white areas. If you already washed it, you can still try to remove the stain. However, if you dried the shirt it will be super hard to get the stain out.

Rubbing alcohol. Lay the shirt out flat and pour the alcohol on the ink. Let it sit and then douse it again after about half an hour. Now wash it in cold water. Before you dry it-- make sure the ink is all gone, if not try 2 more rounds of alcohol onto the ink then into the washer again. No more pens in the pocket!!

Hair-spray, and lots off it, lay it on that sucka good. It should get out any kinds of ink, let it set for like 30 seconds, it got even sharpie ink out of my shirts so it should work 4 yours. You might want to put some shout or basic stain remover on there to. Make sure u dont put it in there with any other clothes, cuz they could get stains on them to.
