When you are not pregnant you will only show up with a second line just before you are ready to ovualte when you get your hormone "surge" if you get pregnant during your ovulation time and test before your period it can show up as a positive on an opk. It all had to do with your hormones. If you need more info you can check out www.peeonastick.com and look under the section OPK's as HPT. Good Luck and congrats on your pregnancy!!
