The belt slipped off while driving. I put the belt back on according to the blue print on van. It still come off when I turned engine. All pulleys seem to be tight and working correctley. What could be the problem??

If it a tension pulley how do I adjust the pulley to make sure there is enough tension on the belt?

You seem to have a belt or pulley alignment problem. If your belt tensioner is good. (they fail regularly) then you will want to look at your alignment to make sure something is not out of whack.

With the belt off, check to make sure none of the pulleys wobble due to bad bearings. All pulleys must be on the same plane. If the belt came off while driving it is probably bad. Replace the belt.

are you making sure it is tensioned? there is supposed to be a belt tensioning pulley that rides up against the belt to keep it taught

ther is no adjusting more tension. the tensioner pulley is spring loaded it may be the pulley is no good.
