Check out the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You are permitted under the law to request - in writing - that a creditor have no contact with you. This is called a "cease and desist" letter. It doesn't have to be eloquent or flowery, just a few simple sentences. Once you have given the creditor notice not to contact you, they cannot call or write, but they CAN sue you in court (never go down without a fight when a creditor sues because they rarely have the evidence to meet their burden of in the case - but that's the answer to another question.) Creditors can be required to pay damages for violations of the FDCPA.

Why put up with it. You're following the plan. And even if you aren't, you need to tell them to stop calling. If they continue keep a whistle by the telephone. Once they identify themselves, tell them not to call again. If they continue, blow the friggen whistle in their ear. It's YOUR telephone, not theirs
In all seriousness,, go to Google. Type in "Fair Debt Collection,"
hit "Search" and read all about your rights.
good luck.

Explain to the caller that you have already made arrangements and that you will not discuss the matter more often than every couple of weeks. Tell him that you'll wait while he types that up on your account record. Tell him that you will blow one of those airhorns in the phone if they continue to call (that is legal), and then do it and hang up.
