That's a tough question. Try to get it passed locally, on a state level, and don't get caught smoking it or they won't let you vote anymore. You have to organize a big block of voters who are for legalization, get a politician to believe your block of voters is bigger than the block of voters he will lose for supporting legalization, and then that politician will probably support your issue, and if s/he wins, then you have to make sure s/he knows you will vote for his opponent next time if s/he does not follow through. You have to organize for this to happen in many different places in the state in order to influence the state legislature, and you'll probably need a governor who favors it too. Also, you may be able to petition for a ballot initiative and vote directly on the issue.

protest, find others who believe as you do, find facts that show that it really isn't that bad, support your topics, create a web page providing people with information. stuff like that

if it was to be legalised they would put taxes on it..... unless you want to be stupid ( although since you already smoke it you probably already are) I would stop... It's just not cool anymore!!!
