grocery store honey is it all produced by honey bees or do they sell artificial honey

No such thing as fake honey.

Depends on where you live. In Pakistan, they sell fake honey. I don't think that they can get away with that in the U.S. it would taste funny, and would probably violate some FDA regulation.

However, some bees might be fed sugar water, instead of nectar; I wouldn't know.

You can get nectar honey, which is not made from bees. Its not exactly "honey" but it tastes like it. Check your local farmer's market or whole foods store.
