YES!!!!
No one should be questioning his skill. Its just the Raiders suck so bad that they drained the guy. I mean losing eventually gets to ya.
Put him on a team with a GOOD QUARTERBACK!!! and good coaching and he'll be fine!
Anyone who goes to the Raiders would feel the same.
The only thing i dont understand is why he left Vikings for them in the first place? What was he thinking "oh yea i'll show those Vikings who's the best....I'm going to the Raiders!!!"

It all depends on Moss.
Everyone knows that Moss has All-World skills and ability when his head and heart are in the game. Therein lies the problem. He has flushed the last few years away thanks to his poor, selfish attitude.
I'm not sure that even getting on a winning team will make Moss want to return to what he was when he was with the Vikings. I think he would rather be on a losing team and have every pass thrown to him so he can pad his stats and show off.
If the rumored trade does happen and he becomes a Patriot, look at the system he will work in. An offense that likes to spread the ball around to 6,7, even 8 receivers at times. So could he handled winning but not getting 100 receptions a year? Then again the Patriots spread the ball around because they don't have one go to receiver, so maybe with Moss they would depend more on one guy.
I still say it all comes down to Moss and his attitude, no matter what team he plays for.

he is a top 5 receiver in the NFL.. So yes. But however when you have a middle school qb at best or i mean marques tuiososopo?, aaron brooks, or andrew walter throwing to you, you'll never get the chance to catch a ball.
And he'll get sacked as soon as he says hike so I agree with randy, why bother to run the route or even for the most part walk onto the field.

If he gets to the right program (with a good QB) he will be. He had Aaron Brooks as a quarterback. If he had a Brees, Brady, or Manning, I believe he will be good again.

If the trade goes down between patriots and raiders then he will it's just the qb situation in oakland that's causing his stats to go down

no. He stinks, he got into way too much trouble with the law, he thinks he is the best football player ever, and he really isn't. I don't like him at all. It is really fun to make fun of him though.
