Neither. Actually, the world is ruled by many people. I, for instance, rule the things which I have power over. This is not much compared to what national leaders rule over. Some people are may be evil. Some are good. You can not determine a single group of people that rules the world, because everyone is ruler of them self (for the most part).

That got my attention...I think a combination of both must apply. The evil people give the good people something to do with their lives while the rich people try to convert the evil ones. What goes around comes around. A dual rule. Without evil you wouldn't have anything to try and control or rule. With out good the evil would not beable to maintain their evil ways...no one there to be evil to except one another....boring after awhile.

It is the evil people that dictate world events. The good people just want to live and let live, but it is the evil people with their plots for world domination, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, The fool in Iran, the other fool in N. Korea. It is these people with their desire for secular or religious dictatorships that set the agenda for the rest of us to react to.

*The evil ones only get away with their stuff for just so long.
*They always end up incarcerated, reformed, or dead.
**Enron dudes are all incarcerated and broke.
*Rwanda/Yugoslavia genocide players are all dead, incarcerated, or on the run.
