i think i lost my friend for ever.?

i think i lost my friend 4 ever i meet her las year at my school we wore very good friends till i mest up a little and she stop talking to me but she says is not that she meet thi year two new friends that are know her best friends and she told me that she will not chnage her attitude with me becasue we don't have eny classess together ansd she feels more controable with them i'm trying to give her time till we go to high school i'm talking to her back we are in 8 grade know so should i doit or not please tell me becasue i don't want to lose her at all i oredy talk to her about it but i don't know what to due should i live her alone or i try to get her back evn if she gets kind of mad please tell me and if i live her alone i have to see if she will be my friend for next year i hope she those becasue one year is too much adn i hope this year goes fast..help please
