C1V1=C2V2 =>
V1= (C2/C1)*V2 = (1/300)*150 = 0.5 mL

As long as C1 and C2 are expressed in the same way the exact unit doesn't matter since any convertion factor is simplified in the ratio. The same stands for the volume values.
