I stay in my pajamas, get a blanket and rest on the couch. Take cold medicine, drink tea and sleep as much as possible.

I take Ed Ahist. it totally works!!! you take it twice a day, because it lasts for 12 hours. You will have absolutely NO symptoms until about 30 minuets before you need to take the next dose. I just got over a cold using Ed Ahist, and it was like i wasn't sick.

Drink tea (Neo Citrin works best) and have a nice, warm bath or shower. If you have a headache along with the cold, you could drink gingerale, I find it really helps

I drink tea w/ honey & lemon. And they have those Alka Seltzer like thingie ma bobs now that you drop on the tub floor when you are showering. They make a vapor - I guess like Vicks. They are supposed to be very good. Clear your head

Cold medicine makes me too nervous, so I can't take it. I just suffer until it goes away.

Ah, but I did think of one thing I do--call Mama. That always helps.

take medication...and go under about 3 blankets depending how cold i am. oh and i like to go on the internet and watch funny videos that make me laugh.

I boil water and put my head over it. The steam makes me feel better.

Hot tea, chicken soup, a warm blanket, a good movie, Tissue box and a long... long.... nap.
