Well, my dear , I would say you need to swish yourself around in the toliet, to eliminate any solid poo. Then douse yourself in Oxy Clean, let it soak for 5 minutes. Read a magazine or watch TV while you are waiting. Set the washer on hot, add a good scoop of Tide w/ Febreze (you're gonna need it) rubbing some on yourself too. Then put yourself in. Wash on "heavy duty" (hee hee I said duty). If stains remain, repeat process. I wish you the best of luck.
