That all depends on where you are, what you are doing, and if you have a permit to conceal and carry. If you are walking around in public with a weapon and you don't have a permit and of you are doing something illegal, or heck even if your not, yes they can. You can have and own guns as long as you pass a required background check.

A cop can do whatever he or she wants to do because they carry a badge that allows them to 1.carry a firearm 2.load it 3.decide when it is appropriate to use it.........Do you??

Yes, if you are boarding an airplane.
Yes, if the cop has a different good reason to do so.

yes I am afraid they can it all depends on the sitution did you have in the house with children? did you have a permit? did you have it car then that is a felony and you could go to jail this why I don't have.

The law does not care if it is loaded, only if you are.
