I think it's mainly trash. Who's heard that one rap song about a girl named Stacey getting shot? and another girl having a kid... and that hell is a place called home... and they will pack and never come back.
That song is so depressing it's trash. Along with alot of other rap. There is some good rap music, but who thinks most is depressing & trash? i mean, c'mon how can you like songs about people getting shot and stuff!

Ya alot of rap is crap. Some is good though. I like hip hop better it's usually more positive. Wait so do ur rent's read all your answers and questions?

Some rap is crap, some are good. A lot of rap songs that you think are trash are actually telling a story, esp. that one that you said "hell is a place called home"...it's Runaway Love by Ludacris, and that song is telling a story of a little girl living in the ghetto and the struggle she has to go through.
There are trash rap songs though that degrade women and talk about violence and drugs, but some of them are good as well.

i agree with you, most rap is either annoying or offensive and rude, especially towards women. i have been shocked with some of the things the rappers say they wanna do to women and they talk about them as if they are objects only to be used for sex instead of people. they also encourage shooting people, stabbing people, and using as many drugs as possible. while there are some that are funny or have a good beat or lyrics to them, the VAST majority of rap songs make me cringe and wanna pull my ears off.

Hey stupid it's all in how you interpret the song. That song is not about praising problems it's about creating awareness. I don't care for rap, but I've heard that song and I understand it. Blondes what can you say about them?
