Well it depends where you're living now, I mean what country, what city? I have my own small computer service center which works in Mongolia. Now we have 3 PC's, 3 Laser and inkjet printers, Photo and Video digital cameras and additional devices to produce publishing products.
I started with only 1 Pc and 1 laser Printer. It's working about 1 year. It is good, isn't it. The reason was I had good plan and good professional crew. My friends.
My point is to create your long term and short term plan which must be very good planned.
The best thing is to work hard, even you're working.
Think hard even you're thinkling

I once owned a small business, Luckily for me my parents funded the start up costs for me, Have you tried asking someone for a cash loan? Write up a legal binding contract tell you family/friends whoever loans you the money you'll treat it as i traditional loan.
If you have no luck there ring the Small business Centre an get your questions answered there, ask about government funding and Grants that might be available to you.
But my best advice is if you don't have the cash then you don't want to start a business,(and that speaking from experience)cause as i learnt that if you have to borrow the money and it is true when they say that 94.35% of first business owners do go BANKRUPT within the first 2 YEARS then you become screwed for life. Or at least the next 7 years while you in the act of bankruptcy.
Think of other options like partnerships and investors first, if not then do as we all do and WORK HARD AND SAVE!!!

OK first this is not enough money to start a business....If your good at art try making t-shirts...or even blouses by buying fabric...or theres always the lemonade approach...and dont get me wrong recently a 12 year old boy that dresses business casual sold just lemonade and made over 13,000$ in one summer and has made a total 40,000$
Also try investing that money into penny stock I made over $2,000 dollars in 6 months with just $50!!!

From what you have written it sounds as if you are unsure as to what you are passionate about, I would suggest you work to save more money before starting a business .Networking with people will help you alot.Once you discover what your passion in life is pursue that and investing time in yourself will be worth delaying a startup that flops.

Tell everyone that you have a way of starting a business with only $200. The start up cost is $200.
When they send you $200 then tell them to do the same thing to others.

start a cleaning co., people are so busy working and running their kids or trying to have fun time for themselves that the last thing they want to do is clean, run errands, grocery shop etc..
has low overhead, have clients provide cleaning products, and make sure you fit your gas & time in the price you charge.
good luck
